Working together as a school community, the Board of Management, parents, staff and students aim to provide an environment which will allow our students to develop intellectually, physically, morally, socially and spiritually so that each student will be able to grow to fulfil his/her role in society.

Great emphasis is placed on respect, hard work and good behaviour. These will assist students in reaching their potential and attaining personal achievements. Good homework and study practices will complement the learning that has taken place in the classroom. Involvement in any of the many extra-curricular activities offered will enhance the experience of the Marist.

We look forward to the opportunity to work with parents in moulding the lives of the young people who choose to enrol in St. Mary's College.

Thank you for your interest in St. Mary's College. I hope this website will give you an insight in to our school and what we have to offer.

As a Catholic school under the Trusteeship of the Society of Mary (Marist Fathers), we seek to provide for the holistic development and welfare of each of the students in our care through academic, pastoral and spiritual undertakings.

We do this by offering a comprehensive curriculum delivered by enthusiastic and committed staff. We show special concern for the disadvantaged and we make every effort to ensure that the uniqueness and dignity of each person is respected and responded to, especially through the Pastoral Care system in the school.
